We strongly encourage scheduling a Pre-Development Meeting with the District Engineer and/or staff before starting any project within the District. This informal meeting is your chance to:

• Learn about the permitting process
• Understand District and other agency requirements
• Set realistic timelines and expectations
• Discuss drainage concerns on or around your property
• Identify potential challenges early on
